Terms:
Money order, personal check or credit cards: MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. **Note: all personal checks must be cleared before shipment, allow 4 weeks for delivery. All other orders shipped within 48 hours.

Lay-A-Way: MODELS IN STOCK ONLY
No extra charge. $250.00 minimum order required. Contractual 60-day lay-a-way, 1/3 down and 1/3 per month. Entire lay-a-way must be paid in full before shipment can be made. Items added later to lay-a-way do not extend original lay-a-way payment schedule. Lay-a-ways are automatically cancelled if payment is 30 days late. 10% late fee (10% of balance due) added for payments more than 20 days late. If you miss your lay-a-way payment by 30 days, you can forfeit both the payment monies and the model. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately.

Future Models:
Future models are indicated in the catalog by "Future", or Due Date, TBA, or "Reserve", Models require a deposit for a reservation, and deposits are non-transferable. With a deposit you will get the model at a discount - GURANTEED. The balance is due when we notify you that the model is arriving from the Importer.

Reservations are considered "Special Orders". As such deposits on special orders are considered a contract to complete the transaction. After the deposit is placed with BLCO, the model will be ordered with the Importer. All deposits are understood to be not refundable as a condition of the contract. Deposits are 100% refundable in the event the model project is cancelled or not produced.

Custom Work:
All custom work requested by the customer is non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom work must be paid for, in full, in advance of work started.

Shipping:
Foreign Order: We specialize in overseas shipments. Please write, email, or call for shipping quotes on UPS Air, POSTAL MAIL, or Surface Rates.

Returns: Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your model. We will, at our option, repair or replace the model, or refund the money. Models kept over 10 days are not returnable.

No Model is warranted nor guaranteed to perform to anyone's satisfaction. They are sold as models only, and Special Orders are non-refundable.
